These were the words that echoed through the Signature Room the night of MTSA’s 2002 Annual Dinner. Everyone in attendance enjoyed the food, atmosphere and above all, our guest speaker, 10th Congressional District Congressman, Mark Kirk.
MTSA was originally organized by a group of 50 Chicago-based laundrymen, salespeople, vendors and consultants to help establish the industry’s ground rules, laws, products and services. Much has changed in the 100 years since our group’s founding – our name, labor negotiations, company mergers and industry consolidation, just to name a few. The one thing that hasn’t changed, however, is our dedication to helping MTSA members improve their business.
